The Puerto Rico Air National Guard, Muniz ANG Base, Carolina Puerto Rico has Invitation for Bid No: W912LR-18-B-5004 for Contractor to provide ALL personnel, management, insurances, equipment, materials, supplies, tools,
transportation and any other item or service necessary to perform in accordance with contract, plans and technical specifications for project TUMR182118 Muniz ANGB Repair Interior Buildings 12, 156th Air Wing, Air National Guard Base located in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Period of Performance is 120 Calendar days from issuance of order.
The contract will be firm-fixed Price type. The Project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated Solicitation release date is on or about 27 July 15, 2018. The anticipated Solicitation closing date is
on or about 27 August 2018 (See Solicitation for specific dates) The IFB
will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-aside. The geographic area for performance of work will be Carolina. Puerto Rico. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 236220. The size standard is $36,500,000.00. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The
solicitation and amendments, if any, shall be submitted to the
location specified on the IFB on or before the closing time and date. For
