TUBING REPAIR KIT
This is a request for quote/solicitation to a sole source; Designed Metal Connections Inc. (DMC; CAGE: 14798), in order to procure Tubing Repair Kits. The toolkit is a commercial item where the data is proprietary to DMC. This Aircraft maintenance toolkit is used on the B-1B aircraft to repair tubing on the aircraft. The toolkit contains: 5 tool assembly boxes, 6 power units, 9 swage head assemlies, 9 inspectin gages, 6 marking tools, 5 chip less cutters, 5 spare cutter wheels, 5 hex key cutters, 6 deburring tools, 9 stem assemblies, 4 marking pens, 1 pumpi unit, 1 twelve-foot hydraulic hose, and 1 fifteen-foot air line with on and off switch.
This Firm Fixed Priced Contract will be for 5 years, consisting of 1 basic year plus 4 option years. The required quantities are 1 each for the Basic year, plus the option to buy 1 each year for the next 4 years. Delivery will be 180 Days ARO.
