Plan Deposits must be certified or cashier's check payable to STATE OF TENNESSEE, payable in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Bidders bidding $25,000 or more must be licensed per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security may be required. Prevailing Wage law applies to contract if $50,000 or more or determined to require Highway rates. Non-Discrimination policy applies.
