Basic Janitorial Services within the leased space for Transporation Security Administration at the Ted Stevens/Anchorage International Airport, located in Anchorage Alaska.


The contractor will be required provide the management, supervision, labor, manpower, subcontracts, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services in a responsible, cost effective, environmentally friendly manner.


The interior cleanable space is 638 SF and requires cleaning once per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, including all Federal Holidays.
