As specified in the synopsis, the MANDATORY site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 10:00 local time (Madison WI.) at the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). Participants should meet the TSA's POC at the bottom of the escalators at the north checkpoint across from Door 4. All participants will need to have a photo ID. No more than one (1) representative from each vendor will be permitted to attend the site visit. To attend the site visit, each vendor shall send an email to Raymond Widmann at Raymond.widmann@tsa.dhs.gov no later than NOON local time (Washington DC) on Friday April 22, 2016 with the full name of their representative and the name of the company. RSVPs received after the deadline WILL NOT be permitted to attend the site visit.
No technical or contractual questions will be answered nor will any additional instruction outside the Statement of Work be provided on the site visit. Offeror participation in the site visit will be verified prior to award. If the Offeror does not attend the site visit, any proposal submission will be rendered non-responsive. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a dispute after contract award.
All questions or request for clarifications shall be submitted electronically to Raymond Widmann at Raymond.widmann@tsa.dhs.gov no later than NOON local time (Washington DC) on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Questions received after this date and time will not be addressed. Answers to all questions submitted will be provided altogether as an amendment to this solicitation as soon as possible after the time and date listed above. The subject of the email should contain the vendors name and the following number: HSTS01-16-R-RES826 -QUESTIONS.
