The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, subcontractors, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective completion of all services described herein. The Contractor will determine how much labor is needed to perform the tasks, what methods will be used to complete the job and which supplies, materials and equipment are needed.

Scope of Services:
The frequency of services includes daily (including weekends), weekly, monthly and quarterly requirements. Cleaning should be performed "primarily" between the hours of 3:00 pm thru 5:00 pm.  To the maximum extent possible the contractor will avoid disrupting screener meal breaks when break rooms are heavily congested or when special events are being conducted. This requirement extends to training rooms when training sessions are being conducted and meetings in conference rooms or as otherwise directed by TSA management.
