TRIRIGA Support and Maintenance
The Library of Congress intends to purchase through a sole source from IBM, 6710 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD, 20817 the following TRIRIGA Services which is used on the Integrated Support Services (ISS), is operating an enterprise system called Facilities and Asset Management Enterprise (FAME) systems. IBM controls copyright, patents or other exclusive licensing arrangements. The library acquired, licenses to use the application and also acquired support and maintenance services of the application licenses from TRIRIGA. See attached Brand Name Justification
