This procurement is unrestricted. This NSN is not a critical safety item nor is it a commercial item. This is a tactical buy for a firm fixed quantity. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date on or about October 8, 2019, under solicitation SPE4A6-20-R-0004.
