This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5855-01-438-4588, TRANSMITTER, INFRARED. The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The approved sources are: L3 Technologies, Inc., CAGE 0B107, part number A3134200; Night Vision Systems, LLC, CAGE 0NTN5, part number IR-14; and Cejay Engineering, LLC, CAGE 3CNT2, part number 902111IR. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a completed Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 60,851 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. Required delivery is 30 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
