The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Transportation and Land Management
Agency is soliciting proposals for Traffic Count Services as detailed in this RFP. The County is seeking qualified candidates/firms to perform services in order to provide the County with traffic counts for fiscal year 2008/2009. The traffic count services requested is to support traffic investigation and various traffic engineering
functions in the Traffic Engineering Division of the Riverside County Transportation Department
