TOD General Plan/Development Code Update
The City invites firms or teams to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the City’s proposed TOD General Plan/Development Code Update and Specific Plan. Envisioned to be a comprehensive planning, economic, and environmental analysis of the areas surrounding both Gold Line light rail stations, this effort is being undertaken as a result of the City receiving a grant from the Transportation Authority (Metro).
