The RFQ number is W912L719Q5004. This solicitation and documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2019-02, dated 6 June 2019, and DFARS publication notice 26 June 2019. This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE for NAICS code is 332311 Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing Size Standard is 750 Employees. The 118th Wing for the Tennessee Air National Guard in Nashville, TN requires a 30' Wide X 40' Long X 15' Center Span Peak Height X 10' Sidewall height temporary structure.

The requested Delivery Date is no later than 90 days after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery location will be the Tennessee Air National Guard, 118th Wing, 240 Knapp Blvd, Nashville, TN 37217.
