TITLE INSPECTION SERVICES
The County seeks sealed proposals from title companies interested in providing title services for properties located in the County identified as NSP areas of greatest need. The County is interested in facilitating the acquisition of vacant/foreclosed properties from HUD and from various mortgage loan servicers for the purpose of rehabilitation, new construction, and demolition to foster neighborhood stabilization.
