NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA)/SOURCES SOUGHT. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio Lackland intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Fixed Price Purchase Order for the test and repair services of the TITAN DAMA Modem NSN: 5895-01-437-3110CA and P/N: MD-1333A. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this equipment is L-3 Linkabit Division, 9890 Town Centre Drive San Diego, CA 92121-1984 Cage Code: 11627. The proposed contract action is for the test and repair of these assets for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by April 2018. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirements, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within ten (10) days of this publication. Interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, any socio-economic classifications, and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
