This notice is an unrestricted acquisition for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) Contract for ground tire NSN 2610-01-194-6215, in accordance with the Cooperative Tire Qualification Program (CTQP) Cooperative Approved Tire List (CATL) 1922. The contracting activity is DLA Land and Maritime. The term of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be from the award effective date through one year from contract award date, or when the maximum value of $150,000 is met.  Current estimated annual demand quantities, FOB and Inspection and Acceptance information will be listed in the RFQ. Unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation will be unrestricted. The solicitation is attached to this notice and will be available on 12/19/2014 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/.

Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.dla.mil or http://assist.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/.

Documents not available from ASSIST may be ordered from the Department of Defense Single Stock Point (DoDSSP) by-

            (i)         Using the ASSIST Shopping Wizard (http://assist.daps.dla.mil/wizard);

            (ii)        Phoning the DoDSSP Customer Service Desk (215) 697-2179, Mon-Fri, 0730 to 1600 EST; or

            (4)        Non-Government (voluntary) standards must be obtained from the organization responsible for their preparation, publication, or maintenance.

 

All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars.

 


This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
