This notice is a restricted acquisition for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) Contract for ground tire NSN 2610-01-466-1011, identified only by Code and Part Number, and for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved source and part number is listed on the attached solicitation. The contracting activity is DLA Land and Maritime. Solicitation will be unrestricted. The term of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be from the award effective date through on year from the award date, or when the maximum value of $150,000 is met. Current estimated annual demand quantities, FOB and Inspection and Acceptance information will be listed in the RFQ. Unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation is attached to this notice and will be available on 12/19/2014 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/.
