The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, replacement parts, and supervision necessary to perform Preventive (scheduled) and Remedial (unscheduled) maintenance services on Government owned equipment located at DLA Aviation Tinker at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK.
This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The small business size standard is $7.5 Million.
Contractor must be able to provide all services required in the SOW. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements stated in the SOW and the solicitation. Pricing for all line items must be submitted with the initial offer. Partial Quotes will not be accepted.
The Service Contract Labor Standards clause applies to this requirement. Wage Determination No. 2015-5315; Revision No. 4 Dated 12/26/17 will be applicable to a resultant contract award. See Attachment #3-Wage Determination.
The Contractor shall respond to Emergency Service Requests within four (4) hours.
All questions should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist by 2/7/19.
Solicitation package includes: RFQ, SOW, Instructions to Offerors, SCA Wage Requirements, and Preventive Maintenance Price Breakdown.
All relevant solicitation documents, including statement of work, may be accessed for download beginning the date of issue at the following site: http://www.fbo.gov. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database through www.sam.gov in order to receive a federal government contract.
