TIME, ATTENDANCE, & SCHEDULING SOLUTION
It is the intent of the State to solicit proposals for an integrated time, attendance and scheduling management solution.
The objective of this procurement is to obtain an automated time and attendance system. The Time, Attendance, & Scheduling Solution system must improve managers, supervisors and timekeepers abilities to manage employee schedule and leave time use. In addition, the solution must facilitate compliance with Department rules regarding the accrual and use of leave. The system must incorporate electronic time clocks, card readers, telephone capabilities, and/or biometric devices, referred to as Input Devices, for employee check-in and also facilitate employee Time, Attendance, & Scheduling Solution via a web-based format.
The system must also provide an easy to use automated access through remote availability and device-driven technologies to schedule, record attendance, capture time and improve employee access to time entry, scheduling, and leave information via the Intranet through an accessible but secure interface. Managers and supervisors will be provided with active notifications and improved access to applications to approve and manage employee schedules and time use. Senior management will be provided detailed reporting and audit trails.
