TI Bar and Smith River NRA Roofing Project

Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about July 7, 2017.
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation and materials for the replacement of roofing and gutters on Forest Service barracks/garage/office near Somes Bar, California and two administrative offices and a 10-bay warehouse in Gasquet, California. The work shall include the removal and replacement of the existing roof cover, gutters and downspouts. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the installation of roof membrane, underlayment, flashings, roof jacks, ridge cap, attic vents, shingles, gutters and downspouts. The Contractor shall verify all existing conditions prior to the beginning of work.
Price Range: $25,000 - $100,000
Contract Time: 60 Calendar Days
Estimated Start Date: August 1, 2016.
Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for small business.
Bonds: Payment protection will be required of the successful contractor within 10 days of award.
Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than the date and time indicated on the solicitation.
SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is a consolidation of the former Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) databases.
