This acquisition is being solicited as Full and Open.

Description:
The Work consists of the following:
1. Rehabilitation/stabilization of the site's three historic structures - the Ranch House, Bunkhouse, and Barn for future park and visitor uses. Work will also include upgrades to some of the site's utility infrastructure.


2. Project is designed to comply with the goals of the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System, where applicable and as specified in Division 01 Section "Sustainable Design Requirements."


3. Peaceful Valley Ranch was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. Its significance relates to the open range ranching period in the West. Contributing buildings, the subject of this rehabilitation project, include the Ranch House, Bunkhouse, and Barn. The Contractor shall exercise care in the planning and implementation of the Work, in order to preserve the historic character of the site. All treatments shall comport with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings.


Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.


Procurement Type: A negotiated Firm-Fixed Price contract will be awarded requiring submission of both a technical and price proposal. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability in comparison to its price to determine the best value (trade-off process) to the government.


Duration: The contract duration will be 365 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed.


Requirements: You are required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in SAM, System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Online Representations and Certifications must also be completed using SAM.
