community to provide third party financing services icafor school buses. DPI is seeking equipment financing to be made
available to Local Education Agencies (LEAs) through fixed rate loans. A description of the process and relevant background is included as Attachment A. A detailed
listing of proposed equipment (the Equipment) is included in this Request for Proposal as Attachment
