This requirement will be sole source to ASAP Semiconductor, 16600 Harbor Blvd, Ste C., Fountain Valley CA 92708-1363. Cage Code 6RE77, NAICSS 336413, under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304©(1), aa implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price, FOB: Destination.
