THERAPEUTIC RECREATION PROGRAM
The City is soliciting information from potential sources for providing Therapeutic Recreation Program (TRP) Services to the City. It is the City’s intention of this Request for Information (RFI) to gather the number of interested sources and to obtain rough cost estimates for budgetary purposes for potentially outsourcing these services. Currently the City Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Department
provides these services, however there is limited funding available for the program in the 2011
budget. This RFI will be used to gather information from the private sector to determine if
it might be more cost effective to outsource these services (or portions thereof) or
continue providing as a city. The City may or may not decide to outsource these services in
the future.
