Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered spaces shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.  Parking areas shall accommodate pull-thru trucks with trailers.  Preference is for first floor (ground level) space.

Occupancy (Estimated): The space must be available for occupancy by 01/01/2018 or within six (6) months of lease award whichever is later.

 

Expressions of Interest must include the following information:

 

1. Building name and address or Site location and address.

2. Location of space within the building.

3. Rentable square feet offered & expected rental rate per RSF fully serviced.

4. Method of RSF measurement.

5. List of building services provided.

6. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements & state the amount, if any.

7. ANSI/BOMA office area which is also known as Usable square feet (USF) and the Common area factor.

8. Amount of onsite paved parking available.  Include whether the expected rental rate includes the required Government parking.

9. Date of space availability.

10. Building ownership information.  This information should also include mailing address, e- mail address, telephone numbers and contact names for owner or authorized agent.  Evidence of authority to represent the owner is required if an authorized agent is to be contacted.

11. Energy efficiency & renewable energy features existing within the building.
