The Contractor shall provide re-manufacturing requirements for the TF33 Compressor Blades P102C Sets.
Contractor shall perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection and re-manufacture, if applicable, rework and re-identification of the TF33 Compressor Blade Sets. The Contractor shall be a rated re-manufacture facility to re-manufacture TF33 engine components; Contractor must have the re-manufacture capabilities to include appropriate technical data, re-manufacture documents, and license agreements, required to accomplish re-manufacture of TF33 Compressor Blades.
The instructions stipulated are brief, concise statements providing general requirements for re-manufacturing of the TF33 Compressor Blades. These requirements are dependent upon the contractor having overhaul capabilities to include appropriate technical data, manufacturing documents, and change in designs and testing equipment. An Initial Product Evaluation (IPE) will be required only if the contractor facility has not re-manufactured this component previously for the U.S. Air Force. The contractor is responsible for the production, re-manufacture and shall meet the delivery schedule of a quality product.
