TERRACE SPORTS COMPLEX ACCESS RAMPS AND PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS
Said proposal shall include furnishing all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any
incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity
with the Contract, Standard Specifications, and Special Provisions, to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer. In general the project consists of:
Included, but not limited to the demolition and reconstruction of access ramp sections, demolition and
reconstruction of parking lot structural section including the striping, removal and replacement of midblock
pedestrian access ramp, installation of handrail along walkway, and all incidentals as required for
the completion of the project.
