This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5940-01-557-2634, TERMINAL BOX. The approved source is Glenair, Inc., CAGE 06324, part number 147-020XMS-05. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 86 each per base year and each option years. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a completed Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Surge requirements do not apply. Required delivery is 95 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
