TERM CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a Term Contract for such professional architectural services to be provided on an "as needed" basis pursuant to Project Orders issued during the contract term. The contract shall be renewable for a one year term, at the Agency's option, for up to a maximum of four (4) one year term renewals.
