Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and additional information included in this notice and the attached solicitation document.
This synopsis/solicitation 1305M219QNWWJ0348 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. All information required by FAR 12.603(c)(2) is included in the attached RFQ document.
The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division - Kansas City, is seeking to procure commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Telecommunications Expense Management Solution (TEMS) software for the National Weather Service (NWS) Office of Dissemination (DISS) in Silver Spring, Maryland, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included in the RFQ document.
