TELEPHONE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Contractor shall furnish maintenance and other Contractor support services required for the upkeep of the Mitel telephone system as installed at the VA. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary support such as software, including VA-sponsored modification or revisions, thereof, at no additional cost, unless otherwise specified, for the duration of this contract, including renewals thereof. The support provided will consist of correction of errors, provisions of VA-sponsored modifications, improvements, and revisions.
