Center for High Technology Research, is soliciting proposals for applied research, advanced technology development, and transition and commercialization of technologies of interest. Innovative concepts and new approaches are being sought from Hawaii-based small business firms to meet current and future Department of Navy (DoN) and Department of Defense (DoD) requirements as well as those products demonstrating dual-use capabilities. HTDV will execute the program outlined in this announcement contingent upon funding amount and availability.
