TECHNICAL ENERGY AUDITS AND PROJECT PROPOSAL
The goal of the project is to evaluate selected City facilities for energy efficiency upgrades, provide a
comprehensive energy audit, report and make recommendations for possible projects, analyze the return on investment of recommend projects, assist and/or provide financing of the proposed energy projects, assist with presentations to Administration and elected officials, project management and implementation, and production of comprehensive reports for the measurement, verification, and monitoring of implemented projects. Reporting will be provided monthly through Aug. 31, 2012 and reduced to quarterly reporting after that date. Reports will include water, electricity, and gas use and cost savings by facility. Contractor will be required to track both short term gains and long term results of projects performed.
