TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND FINANCING NEEDS ASSESSMENT
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain clarity regarding the credit
and technical assistance needs of existing at-risk and emerging businesses and
microenterprise in order to enhance the County’s capacity to meet the above mentioned
needs. This clarity will come through assessment and strategy work to (a) define
existing at-risk, microenterprise, and emerging business clusters, (b) clarify business
financing and technical assistance needs, (c) the preparation of a strategy to meet
these needs, and (d) pursuit of funding to implement the strategy.
