TARGETED HOME VISITATION SERVICES
to fund the implementation of an evidence-based home-visiting program that
promotes optimal birth outcomes and improves maternal and child health outcomes. The selected
program will include support for parents/caregivers with newborns and children ages birth-through-5- years who have special needs; Women-at-risk or suffering from post-partum depression, as well as provision of home safety assessments.
