Description: One clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with IGS and SBT that is capable of carrying a minimum of 257,000 BBLS of at least three clean petroleum products (intentions JP-5, F-76, MUM), in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.
