TALBOT COUNTY COMMUNITY CENTER
The Scope of Work involves the County Community Center's Skating Rink and consists of the installation of cement board and polyethylene bulkheads, spray-on insulation, metal studs, lighting, storefront system, fiberglass reinforced plastic ceiling and grid system, painting; removal of existing wood stud brace walls, removal of existing insulation in preparation of existing metal wall for painting, all as indicated in the plans, specifications and other contract documents. All work shall be performed and shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Plans, Specifications and Other Contract Documents may be obtained at the Department of Public Works, 28712 Glebe Road, Suite #3, Easton, Maryland 21601 (410-770-8170) upon payment of $100.00 for each set, no part of which is refundable. The County Council of Talbot County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid, or portions thereof, when in their judgment, the public will be better served.
