This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is L17PS00205 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), with an open date of April 21, 2017 and a close date of May 8, 2017. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 331222 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is a small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.
The BLM New Mexico, Taos Field Office has a requirement in soliciting quotation on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for Fencing Materials. Fencing materials shall be in accordance with attachments available at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ .
The DOI BLM New Mexico Taos Field Office requires the following line items:
1.    6 foot steel t-posts, 1500 each
2.    6"x8' treated wood post, 60 each
3.    48" wire fence stays, 61 bundles
4.    12 1/2 gauge 2 point barbwire, 110 rolls
5. 12 1/2 gauge barbless wire, 45 rolls
6.    4"x4"x8' treated timbers, 16 each
7.    1 1/2" fence staples- 50 lbs per unit, 8 each
8.    #9 black annealed wire, 800 pounds
9. 3 1/2 x4' green round treated posts, 2320 each

Offerors are encouraged to periodically check for amendments and other changes to solicitation L17PS00205.
Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental US), which means the seller must deliver the goods on it conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at specified destination.

To be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines, offeror must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov . Registration must be ACTIVE at the time of award.
