This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed price for a Blaster Table and installation at Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Hill, Hill AFB, UT.  The contractor shall provide all materials, supervision, tools, installation, labor, training, and materials to install and make table blaster operational.  Contractor shall provide all transportation and rigging services to off-load, move, position and setting up table blaster within a designated location of Building 1160, Hill AFB, UT.  The supplies and installation shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided as Attachment 1.
