T&M NATURAL GAS REPAIRS
The Subcontractor shall furnish all management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, and equipment with appropriate accessories and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Subcontractor shall be required to perform natural gas repair work on an as needed basis. Work will be covered by the Davis Bacon Act.
RFP # FESS-18-0420-CRS has been designated as a small business set-aside project. An award will be made to a Small Business only. Large Businesses are encouraged to engage in a teaming arrangement with small businesses to participate.
Proposals received after the due date and time shall be deemed non-responsive and disqualified from award consideration.
