Systems of Care Expansion Achieving Successful Systems Enriching State
The State, by and through the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), requests that communities interested in demonstrating a System of Care service delivery approach for children with serious emotional disturbances respond with a proposal that may be used to inform the expansion of System of Care practices in the state.
