Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support
This Special Notice is not a request for proposals, information, or capabilities. Contractors shall not submit proposals in response to this notice.
The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing this Special Notice to provide the updated strategy and contracting intent for this procurement that has been previously synopsized under the sources sought number, W91CRB-18-R-SETA.
ACC-APG will be contracting for the PEO Soldier SETA requirements through the placement of task orders against the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract in lieu of writing a separate agency multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. It is anticipated that a Request For Information (RFI) will be issued to current RS3 contractors in April 2018 to determine interest and vendor capability for the first task order competition.
Offerors who are not currently on the RS3 contract, but are interested in proposing on future PEO Soldier requirements, are encouraged to seek opportunities to on-ramp to that contract vehicle for future phases of RS3 awards. The next phase of RS3 awards is scheduled for October 2018. We do not anticipate an industry day for PEO Soldier task orders.
