The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit bids from consultants capable of providing a full range of high quality systems development, maintenance, and support; enterprise resource planning; and customer relationship management/business analytics (CRM/BA) services. At this time, the District has a particular need to focus on companies with expertise in the CRM/BA area.
