PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The State of New Mexico's Public Education Department, Priority Schools Bureau is
requesting proposals for the creation of the Accomplished Education Administrators
program as outlined by the School Improvement Framework 2006-2007.
The purpose of this Request For Proposals (RFP) is to select an offeror to provide a
minimum of eight (8) accomplished administrators to eleven (11) school districts
(Appendix C-2) in the State of New Mexico with Schools In Need of Improvement
carrying a designation of R-I or R-II for the school year 2006-2007 at a total contract cost
not to exceed $165,000.00, including gross receipt tax, for January through May of 2007.
