Systematic Approach for Quality Control and Quality Assurance

The purpose of this contract is to retain the services of a consultant to assist the Caltrans Division of Design in implementing a Baldrige-based (www.nist.gov/baldrige/) systematic approach to quality control and quality assurance for two design products in each of 12 Districts, resulting in:
Increased quality and decreased costs of the design products subject to the systematic approach outlined in the Scope of Work, and
District management, project teams, and design staff commitment to this
new systematic approach to quality assurance and quality control
