System of Care: Community Strategy Grant Program
GOCF is expanding its Caring Communities grant initiative to include the System of Care
Community Strategy grant program. This grant program is different from the Caring
Communities grant program in that applicant communities are not requesting funds to
create or develop system of care infrastructure. Rather, they are seeking grant funds that
system of care direct service activities
support and/or enhance existing and/or emerging
that focus on only one of GOCFs result areas - Educated.
The SOC-Community Strategy grant program (SOC-CS) provides funding to local communities
up to a maximum of $100,000 for a 13-month period with up to 2 years of additional
funding to support their existing and/or emerging system of care framework.
