The implementation of this SWAERPS will allow the College to support and connect all education communities and provide a solution that encompasses both business and technology needs. In order to accomplish this vision, the College desires a solution that provides a single system approach (one instance of the software) and a seamless experience for all constituents---an experience in which registration, exams, financial services, and other administrative, academic, and community functions are intuitive and unifieds and provides these services at the lowest possible life cycle cost, improves system reliability and maintains regulatory compliance. The desired solution must also expedite the collection and reporting of data at the state level and provide the individual user the ability to analyze collective data across the system.
