System Furniture Installation
In general, the project is comprised of the following services:
A. Contractor shall transport the necessary materials to the ODOT Region 4 Tech Building,
located at 63034 OB Riley Rd, Bend, OR, as needed based on direction by the Project
Coordinator or designee.
B. New Haworth system furniture is stored in close proximity in Bldg-H at 63055 N Highway
97, Bend, OR, which is approx 2 blocks away. Also 10 used Haworth panels from Modular Bldg
on site. Contractor shall load new Haworth system furniture/ 10 used panels and materials
transport unload at project location. Perform unwrap/unbox, set up/install of Haworth
components per manufacture requirements. Remove all boxes and wrapping from premises and
dispose/recycle.
C. All work shall be performed on the date and time noted on the project based on install
date options A or B or as directed by the Project Coordinator. Bid each option separately.
