System Enhancements
The project encompasses realigning US 191 and replacing three existing bridges. Structures include one new closed frame bridge and two new AASHTO girder bridges. The work also consists of constructing mechanically stabilized earth and concrete retaining walls, concrete sidewalk, guardrail, and pipe culverts. Additional work includes seeding, lighting, riprap, signing, pavement markings, and other related work.
