System Enhancement
The proposed work consists of constructing a pedestrian underpass from east to west; utility relocations, partial traffic signal removal and relocation, constructing a new stormwater collection system, and landscaping improvements. Also included is removing and reconstructing asphalt pavement, raised medians, sidewalk, curb and gutter, sidewalk ramps and other related work.
