This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement for a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Veterans Health Administration Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) program. The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VISN 2) to include VA Medical Centers located in Albany and Syracuse, New York are in need of ADHC Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) in the following New York State Counties and quantities: Clinton (1), Columbia (1) Jefferson (1), Lewis (1), Madison (1), Oneida (1). The facility must be located in one of these counties to be considered for award.
